Before I became an Insurance Advisor, my professional background was in a completely different field. I hold a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, where I developed strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Although my education wasn’t directly connected to insurance, it gave me a strong foundation in problem solving and logical mindset that I now apply in understanding and addressing my clients’ unique needs today and helping them to make informed about different insurance benefits.

When I moved to Canada, I began my career in customer service-related roles. My first job was as a Customer Service Associate, where I learned how to effectively communicate, resolve issues, and interpersonal skills while assisting clients and handling their concerns with care and professionalism. Later, I worked as a Dental Receptionist, which strengthened my organizational skills and taught me the importance of empathy and trust in client relationships. These roles helped me understand that meaningful work comes from genuinely helping people — a realization that guided me toward the insurance industry.

Driven by that purpose, I decided to pursue a career as an Insurance Advisor. I studied the field, completed my training, and obtained my licenses to serve clients in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, and Ontario. Transitioning into this profession allowed me to combine my technical background and customer service experience with my passion for helping others plan and protect their future.

Today, as a licensed Insurance Advisor, my goal is to ensure that everyone I work with experiences the value of having a single plan that offers more benefits and protection for different situations and unexpected events. I am committed to guiding individuals and families toward financial confidence, security, and peace of mind — because preparation today creates stability for tomorrow.
